Our Response Process
When we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- Review (24-48 hours): Our legal team verifies the notice's completeness
- Removal: Infringing content is immediately removed or disabled
- Notification: The uploader is informed of the removal and reason
- Counter-Notice Option: Uploader may submit a counter-notice if they believe it's a mistake
Counter-Notice Procedure
If content was removed mistakenly, the uploader may send a counter-notice containing:

- Good faith belief statement of mistaken removal
- Consent to Indian jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy
